LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION Fantasy Island Resort is a newer complex centrally located in the Burnt Pine Shopping District, across from the Visitors’ Information Centre and amongst shops and restaurants. It’s only a 10-minute drive to our World Heritage area, museums, pristine beaches and golf course.
Set well back from the main road, the Resort is spread over 4 acres of beautiful, sub-tropical landscaping. The morning sun warms your private balcony and is a great spot to have breakfast and take in the views over the valley, to the ocean and islands beyond.
These modern, self-catering, luxury units are serviced daily and are tastefully furnished in tropical décor, offering a choice of a studio, one or two-bedrooms, each bedroom with ensuite. All units have kitchen facilities, king/split beds, cable TV, DVD players, fans, heaters, hairdryers and wireless/wifi access. DVD’s, beach towels and picnic baskets are available at no charge. The studio is suitable for one or two persons. The one-bedroom is a more spacious option, with a separate lounge area. The two-bedroom is perfect for 2 couples and/or families. It is actually 2 units, a one-bedroom and a studio with an interconnecting door, but separated by a large lounge/dining/kitchen area, which in turn, affords a great deal of privacy between the bedrooms. For a family gathering or group of friends, you might consider a block of units, as each block is made up of 2 one-bedroom units (one on either end) and 2 studios in the middle, with an interconnecting door between each one-bedroom and studio, providing each room with an ensuite, private balcony, and entrance.
There’s a poolside BBQ, laundry, Reception/Transit Lounge, and Tour Desk. Managers live on site to offer you friendly, personal service. Late check-out is available when possible.
To complete your holiday package, we will be at the airport to welcome you in our Courtesy airport shuttle and give you an Insider’s Town Tour on the way to the Resort, where your complimentary automatic rental car ($20 daily surcharge extra) will be waiting for you.
